Entry Information. Entry Fee: $220/pp.
Team Captains enter the whole team.
The entry information that the Team Captain will require:
- Team Name
- Captains name, email address and phone
- Other team memebrs names only
- Emergency contact name and phone
- Team Category/event
- Credit/Debit card or bank deposit. One payment for entire team. Entry is not confirmed until payment received.
