Speaker: Marlene - A Local Lady with a story to tell.

Subject - Animal Parks and tripping around the World in their plane. Marlene’s interest in flying started in 1979 when she and her late husband Roy moved to Taupo. In 1980 a plane crashed into Lake Taupo and so began her life of adventure of flying around the world. She co-piloted - walked outside of - on top of - and along the wing of the plane. Marlene’s talk to us will be centered on South Africa and their flying trips there. Recently she visited Animal Parks and will include this in her talk. Everyone has a story to tell and Marlene’s is no exception. She will take us with her, as she flyes the world. You are invited to come along and journey with her.
