The Tuapeka Goldfields Museum & Visitor Centre gives you a glimpse into our region's rich history.

Our staff are locals, and are eager to share their expertise and knowledge of the region with you. Come in and peruse our range of maps and brochures, pick up a souvenir or book from the gift shop, or grab a goldpan and venture out to walk in the footsteps of our ancestors.

Genealogy material and Miners' license names are available to researchers.
