Our Mission Statement: To ensure the provision of community input to primary health services to a high standard
for the people of the Tuapeka District utilising health professionals in the area to the maximum. Using their skills to
enable care within our community whenever possible either in the people's home or at the community owned Rural Health Centre which will be administered by a charitable company and made sustainable for future health needs and requirements.

Outside of these hours please 485 9050 and your call will be answered by Pro Care and advice will be given. .
After hours calls answered by a specialist telephone Triage service (PROCARE). You will be asked a few questions and then advised how to proceed from there.

Minor surgery for skin cancer, moles etc

Maternity - advice on choice of maternity services, antenatal & postnatal
Long and short term residential care
Short stay medical care
Registered nurse onsite daily & on call 24hrs
Meals on wheels
Friendly family environment
Services not available at Lawrence will be referred appropriately.
